Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Support Specialist to join a well-established medical device company in Carlsbad. Responsibilities include:

• Using SAP to manage inventory accurately, track materials, maintain proper documentation, and support daily warehouse operations.
• Following OSHA regulations and all internal safety procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Performing order picking, packing, labeling, staging, and preparing outgoing shipments at the dock with a strong focus on accuracy and product quality.
• Maintaining high attention to detail to ensure correct inventory counts, proper material handling, and clear recording of any discrepancies.
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced setting and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and support smooth workflow throughout the day.
• Communicating clearly with team members, leads, and supervisors to coordinate tasks, address issues promptly, and uphold strong team collaboration.

Requirements: This role requires availability Monday through Friday during 1st shift hours. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is helpful. A valid forklift certification is required.

Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $24 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.
